Group Stay Global is a group housing agency in Europe specialised in managed accommodation for student groups, corporate teams and relocation assignments. Founded in 2025 by two hospitality enthusiasts with combined experience across Homelike, Sweet Inn and Trivago, we identified a gap that no existing platform was filling.
Who founded Group Stay Global?
Florent and Quentin spent years solving housing logistics at Homelike. They saw the gap in the market and built Group Stay Global to fill it.
Co-founder of Group Stay Global. With nearly 10 years of experience across hospitality, corporate sales, and proptech, Florent developed a strong expertise in business development and client relationships. He spent almost 4 years at Homelike, progressing from Business Development Manager France to Senior Business Development Manager, driving partnerships and commercial growth. Today, he brings this mix of field experience and commercial acumen to building Group Stay Global’s partner network.
Co-founder of Group Stay Global. With 10+ years in hospitality, travel, and proptech, Quentin built his expertise at the intersection of business development and market expansion. He spent 5+ years at Homelike, where he launched and scaled the French market before becoming Country Manager for France & Benelux. Previously Key Account Manager at Trivago for French-speaking markets, he also gained hands-on hospitality experience in France, New Zealand, and Brazil. Today, he channels this international background into building a more reliable, service-driven approach to group accommodation.
Why did we create a managed group housing agency?
Despite growing demand for group travel accommodation across Europe, there was no dedicated agency offering a fully managed, human-first service for groups of all types and sizes. Existing platforms were mostly built for individuals & short stay. Direct suppliers lacked the breadth of coverage. And HR managers, university housing directors and project leads were left managing the complexity alone.
